The new office building and dining facility provides a quiet respite for the employees and management of the River Rock Casino. Propane gas was provided for the kitchen cooking equipment, domestic hot water and the building heating systems. The complex kitchen required a separate grease waste system and grease interceptor. These marvels of modern technology provide precise room temperature control at efficiencies unachievable by any other system means. The system employs an integrated heat recovery function. In addition, individual office zoning was provided with variable refrigerant flow, heating and cooling ceiling cassettes. The HVAC system included a mixture of packaged rooftop units, kitchen make-up air and grease exhaust systems. was engaged to design the associated HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems. The Casino Office Building and Employee Dining Room was architecturally designed by Axia Architects. To a great extent, the River Rock Casino helps support that goal. The Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians are dedicated to preserving the tribal history, language, and cultural identity.
